குஜராத்தில் மோடி, அமித் ஷா பண்ணும் அட்டூழியங்கள்!
ஒரு நாட்டை ஆள்வோரிடம் காவல் துறையின் கட்டுப்பாட்டை கொடுப்பதன் நோக்கம் நாட்டை அமைதியாக நடத்திச் செல்ல வேண்டும் என்பதற்காகவே! ஆனால் குஜராத்தில் மோடியும், அமீத் ஷாவும் இணைந்து தங்களின் எதிரிகளை பழி தீர்த்துக் கொள்ளவும், இஸ்லாமிய மக்களை தீவிரவாதிகளாக சித்தரித்து என்கவுண்டர் பண்ணுவதற்கும் என்ன மாதிரியான திட்டமிடல்களை எல்லாம் செய்கின்றனர் என்பதற்கு இந்த காணொளி மிகச் சிறந்த உதாரணமாக இருக்கிறது.மாதுரி என்ற ஒரு பெண்ணுக்கு பின்னால் அமீத் ஷா காவல் துறையோடு நடத்தும் தொலைபேசி உரையாடலை இந்த காணொளியில் காணுங்கள்! மிகவும் திட்டமிட்டு தங்களின் அனைத்து காரியங்களையும் இந்த இரு கொடியவர்களும் பல ஆண்டுகளாக சட்டத்தை ஏமாற்றி நடத்தி வருகின்றனர்.
எல்லோரையும் எல்லா நாட்களும் ஏமாற்றி காலம் தள்ள முடியாது. எப்படிப்பட்ட திறமை சாலியாக இருந்தாலும் ஏதாவது ஒரு இடத்தில் ஒரு நாள் சறுக்கியே ஆக வேண்டும். அந்த நாள் வரும் போது மோடியை காப்பாற்ற இந்துத்வா வாதிகளே வராத சூழல் ஏற்படும்.
அந்த நாளுக்காக இறைவனிடம் பிரார்த்திப்போம்.

காங்கிரஸ் ஊழல் செய்து வருகிறது என்று எங்கு போனாலும் மோடி தனது பிரசாரத்தில் கூவி வருகிறார். காங்கிரஸ் ஊழல் செய்வதை யாரும் மறுக்கவில்லை. ஆனால் குற்றம் சாட்டும் மோடியின் குஜராத்தில் வறிய மக்களின் வரிப் பணங்கள் பண முதலைகளால் எந்த அளவு சுரண்டப்படுகிறது: அதற்கு மோடி எந்த அளவு சட்டத்தை வளைத்து ஊழல் செய்கிறார் என்பதை கெஜ்ரிவால் பட்டியல் இடுகிறார். அதையும் பார்ப்போம்.
(1) Land for Nano plant at low rate The state government allotted 1100 acres of land to Tata Motors Ltd (TML) to set up the Nano plant near Sanand. The land was allotted allegedly at Rs 900 per square metre while its market rate was around Rs 10,000 per square metre. Simply put, the government gave Tata Motors total monetary benefit of Rs 33,000 CRORE. ----
(2) Land sold cheap to Adani Group Land was allotted to Adani Group for the Mundra Port & Mundra Special Economic Zone (SEZ) at Re1 per square metre. This is grossly lower than the market rate. ----
( 3) Cheap land for industry but not for Air Force. The Gujarat Government allotted 3,76,561 square metre of land to real estate developer K Raheja at Rs 470 per square metre, while the South-West Air Command (SWAC) was asked to pay Rs 1100 per square metre for 4,04,700 square metre land. ----
(4) Agriculture University Land allotted for hotel. State Government allotted 65,000 square metres of land belonging to Navsari Agriculture University in Surat to Chatrala Indian Hotel Group for a hotel project despite objection from the institute. This deal was allegedly BROKERED BY THE CHIEF MINISTER through his office causing a loss of RS 426 CRORES ----
(5) Border land for chemical firms. A huge plot of land near the Pakistan border was allotted to salt chemical companies said to be close to BJP leader Venkaiah Naidu. ----
(7) Land given to Bharat Hotel Prime land was allotted to Bharat Hotels WITHOUT AUCTION on Sarkhej-Gandhinagar Highway in Ahmedabad. The company has been allotted 25,724 square metre land. ----
(8) Corruption in allotment of lakes State government, in 2008, awarded contracts for fishing activities in 38 lakes without inviting any tenders; bidders were ready to pay Rs 25 lakh per lake. ----
(9) Land given to L&T Larson & Toubro (L&T) was allotted 80 hectare land at Hazira at the rate of Re1 per square metre. ----
(10) Land allotted to other industries. Instead of auctioning prime land in the major cities of the state, the Gujarat government had allotted the land to some industries and industrialists who had signed MoUs in the five editions of VGGIS. --
(11) Cattle feed fraud. The Gujarat government had purchased cattle feed from a blacklisted company at Rs 240 per 5 kg whereas the market rate is just Rs120 to Rs 140 per 5 kg. --
(12) Scam in Anganwadi centres Two bidders apparently formed a cartel and bid for supplying supplementary Nutrition Extruded Fortified Blended Food (EFBF) to Anganwadi centres of the state. One company bid for three zones, while the other for only two. Guidelines were violated, causing the state exchequer a loss of RS. 92 CRORES.

அமித் ஷா மற்றும் சில உயர்மட்ட காவல் துறை அதிகாரிகளுடன் சிங்கால் 2009 ஆம் ஆண்டு ஆகஸ்ட் முதல் செப்டம்பர் வரை நடத்திய தொலைபேசி உரையாடல்களில் இந்த தகவல் இடம் பெற்றிருக்கிறது.குஜராத் முனிசிபல் கமிசனாராக இருந்த ஐ.ஏ.எஸ் அதிகாரி பிரதீப் சர்மாவையும் கண்காணிக்க வேண்டும் என்று அமித் ஷா கட்டளை இட்டு இருந்தார்.
குஜராத் அரசு தன் மீது பொய் வழக்கினை சுமத்துகிறார்கள் என்றும் மோடிக்கு ஒரு பெண்ணுடன் உள்ள தொடர்பே தன்னை வேட்டையாட காரணம் என்றும், 2011 ஆம் ஆண்டு உச்ச நீதிமன்றத்தில் பிரதீப் சர்மா மனு ஒன்றினை அளித்திருந்தார். காவல் துறை கண்காணித்த அந்த பெண்ணும் மனுவில் மோடியுடன் ரகசிய தொடர்பு கொண்டிருப்பதாக கூறப்படும் பெண்ணும் ஒரே பெண் தான் என்றும்,அந்த பெண்ணுடன் மோடிக்கு கள்ளத்தனமான அந்தரங்க உறவுகள் உண்டு என்றும் அந்த பெண் மோடியின் இல்லத்தில் இரண்டு தினங்கள் தங்கி சென்றார் என்றும் மனுவில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டு இருந்தது.மோடியுடனான அந்தரஙக உறவினை அந்த பெண்ணே தன்னிடம் தெரிவித்தார் என்றும் இதனை அறிந்து கொண்ட மோடி, என்னை பழிவாங்குகிறார் என்றும் அந்த மனுவில் குறிப்பிட்டு இருந்தார்.

தொலைபேசி அழைப்புகளை,தொலை தொடர்பு துறை அதிகாரிகளின் உதவியோடு ஒட்டு கேட்டும்,மத்திய உளவுத்துறை அமைப்பான ஐ.பியின் குஜராத் மாநில இண்டெலிஜென்ஸ் பிரிவு,கிரைம் பிராஞ்ச்,தீவிரவாத தடுப்பு பிரிவுகளில் உள்ள அதிகாரிகளை உளவாளிகளாக நியமித்தும் அந்த பெண்ணையும்,ஐ.ஏ.எஸ் அதிகாரியையும் சட்ட விரோதமாக கண்காணித்தது அவர்களை பற்றிய விவரங்களை குறித்த அனைத்து தகவல்களும் அமித் ஷாவின் விருப்பத்திற்காக திரட்டப்பட்டிருக்கிறது.
அந்த பெண் செல்லும் பூங்கா,விற்பனை கூடங்கள்,வசிக்கும் தங்கும் விடுதிகள்,உடன் இருப்பவர்கள்,யாரை சந்திக்கிறார் போன்ற விபரங்கள் தொடங்கி அனைத்து விபரங்களையும் இடைவிடாது 24 மணிநேரமும் காவல்துறையை உளவாளிகளாக நியமித்து திரட்டப்பட்டு இருக்கிறது.கிடைக்கும் தகவல்களை உடனுக்குடன் அமித் ஷா சிங்காலுடன் தொடர்பு கொண்டு தகவல் சரிதானா என்றும் கேட்டறிந்தும் இருக்கிறார்.
அந்த பெண்ணை ஒரு இளைஞர் சந்திக்க வாய்ப்பு இருக்கிறது என்றும் அவரை எப்பொழுதும் கண்காணிக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் அமித் ஷா உத்தரவு இட்டு இருக்கிறார்.ஓர் உரையாடலில் அந்த இளைஞரை டி.ஜி வன்சாரவை சிறையில் அடைத்த காலத்தினை விட அதிக காலம் சிறையில் அடைக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் சிங்காலினோடு அமித் ஷா சொல்கிறார்.
2009 ஆம் ஆண்டு அமித் ஷாவுடன் நடக்கும் தொலைபேசி உரையாடல்களில் 2007 ஆம் ஆண்டு முதல் போலி என்கவுண்டர் வழக்கில் சிக்கி இரண்டு ஆண்டுகள் சிறையில் இருக்கும் வன்சாரவை காட்டிலும் அதிக காலம் அந்த இளைஞரை சிறையில் வைக்க வேண்டும் என்ற அர்த்தத்தில் அமித் ஷா உரையாடி இருக்கிறார்.
உரையாடல் நடைபெற்று மூன்று மாதங்களுக்கு பிறகு 2010 ஜனவரி மாதம் 1ம் தேதி கண்காணிப்பில் இருந்த பிரதீப் சர்மாவை ஊழல் குற்றச்சாட்டுகளை சுமத்தி குஜராத் அரசு கைது செய்திருந்தது.ஆனாலும் அந்த பெண்ணுடன் தொடர்பில் இருப்பதாக கூறப்படும் அந்த இளைஞன் தானா பிரதீப் சர்மா என்பதும் அந்த ஒலிநாடாவில் பதிந்திருக்கவில்லை.
இதனிடையில் ,இதுகுறித்து சி..பி.ஐ விசாரனைகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்படவேண்டும் என்று காங்கிரஸ் கோரிக்கை விடுத்துள்ளது.

It was in between 2003 to 2006 that the Petitioner, in the capacity of District Collector of Kutch, commissioned a series of projects toward the beautification of Bhuj city and overall development of Kutch district. A site was selected for developing a hill garden in 2005, for which [MADHURI] —name removed—from Bangalore was selected as the Landscape Architect. The Chief Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, visited Kutch to inaugurate the hill garden project upon its completion, and was at this time introduced to Ms. [MADHURI]–name removed—. Thereafter, Ms. —name removed— communicated to the Petitioner her decision to return to Bangalore as well as shared her ongoing interaction with the Chief Minister. The fact of the intimacy between Shri Modi and Ms.—name removed— was confirmed when the Petitioner was in close proximity of the two and overheard their conversation during one of the official functions. Subsequently, Ms. —name removed—further revealed to the Petitioner that when she called Shri Modi in his office, he would freely interrupt scheduled meetings, walking out of his office on senior officials in order to speak to her privately.
During the second week of March 2006 at approximately 5:00 PM, Ms. —name removed—called the Petitioner and conveyed that she had just landed in Ahmedabad city and was planning to visit Bhuj. Shortly thereafter, when the Petitioner attempted to telephone her, Ms. —name removed—’s cell phone was switched off and remained so for the next 48 hours. Two days later at approximately 11:00 AM, Ms. —name removed— called the Petitioner and conveyed that she was at the residence of Shri Modi, and had spent the duration of the previous two days at his residence. Subsequently, she met the Petitioner in Bhuj and described in detail her stay with Shri Modi.
Ms. —name removed—described that the next day being Holi, many people visited Shri Modi for the festival and played with colour. Shri Modi attended to them briefly and returned to his quarters. In the meantime, Ms. —name removed— had developed fever and requested a physician, but Shri Modi conveyed that calling a physician was impossible, given the peculiarity of their situation. The following morning she left for Vadodara in a car sent for by Shri Modi.
In November 2008, while the Petitioner was posted as Municipal Commissioner, Bhavnagar, Ms. —name removed—contacted the Petitioner to inform him that Shri Modi had asked her to do a project on Alang Shipyard for which she would like to come to Bhavnagar. She came to Bhavnagar and, during that time, the Petitioner observed that she was constantly in touch with Shri Modi, who was abroad and probably in South Africa. She also conveyed to the Petitioner that Shri Modi had asked her about the Petitioner and whether the Petitioner knew about her intimate relationship with Shri Modi. In one conversation, Ms. —name removed—showed the Petitioner a text message that the Chief Minister had sent to her from abroad. The Petitioner made a note of the cell phone number from which it had originated. The number was 9909923400.
